We are proud to be personally recommended and a regular suppliers for DJ & disco entertainment at Boxted Hall. This exclusive and glorious 14^th century moated manor house offers beautiful gardens and a perfect setting for wedding receptions, private function and parties.

Boxted Hall has been occupied by the Poley, and latter the Weller-Poley family, for the last 600 years. Over the years the main house has changed many times in its appearance, however the occupancy has always remained the same. The owners Jenny & Toby now run this amazing wedding and events venue.

Our services…  

Cocktail DJ 

This will create the perfect atmosphere while photographs are being taken, drinks being poured and canapés being served. The moated fround garden area and Terrace is a perfect settings for your drinks reception. Your own personal DJ will to play music to suit your requirements. He will DJ in such a way that it will be perfectly mixed and seamless, playing through a discreet sound system. Popular selections and music we find works well are Modern Jazz, Smooth Grooves, Funk, Soul, Classic Remixes, Chill Out, Funky House (Hed Kandi), Smooth D&B and even Classical. This service is a perfect alternative to a string quartet or Jazz band. 

Complete Evening DJ & Disco 

The Main Hall with its original features and family antiques, provides a intimate unique atmosphere for your wedding breakfast of evening dinner. Seating up to 80 guest for a sit down meal. There are also many other rooms that can booked at Boxted Hall for different occasions including the dining room, that can seat up to 40 guests, the drawing room for a relaxing chill out room, billiard room and library.

The Main Hall  is where we would position our sound and lighting equipment, next to the great organ in the far right corner, as this is perfect for dancing and a great place to enjoy your wedding evening reception. The original mahogany floor make a perfect dance floor and can accommodate up to 170 guests for an evening party event. Our DJ’s are experienced and skilled to making sure that everybody will enjoy the complete mix of music played. He will play the correct styles of music to suit the atmosphere and time of night. You and your guests can be sure to party and celebrate the night away.
